Refund/Exchange Policy

The Bella Terra Cosmetics return/exchange policy is as follows:
Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of products.

Bella Terra Cosmetics does not cover return shipping costs.

Once your return is delivered, our team will process your refund. To exchange a product, please contact us at (713) 804-2700 or by email receptionist@bellaterracosmetics.com

*Please note Bella Terra Cosmetics will pay for any shipping costs on returns where the cause of the return was a mistake we made.
