Instructions:
Apply Glitterliner along lash line starting from inner corners of eyes working outwards to define eyes and add a touch of sparkle, day or night. For a thicker, more dramatic effect, draw over the line a second time, adding slight pressure. Smudge to soften with a brush or fingertip.
